(1) Those who want to get a letter of recommendation for setting up an industry as per section 17 of the Act must submit an application to the department in the form of schedule-4 along with a fee of three hundred rupees.
(2) If an application is received as per sub-rule (1), the department shall give a recommendation letter to the applicant in the format as per Schedule-5, after conducting the necessary investigation on the same.
